Each student must register by completing an application form. Family members with the same address may fill out one form. THE FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS (if under 18 years old) and returned to the Parkette Office before the start of class. YOU WILL ONLY BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR FIRST CHOICE CLASS IS FULL. If a child does not start the first week, we will assure a smooth transition upon registration into the proper class and the cost will be pro-rated. VISITORS ARE WELCOME TO OBSERVE FROM OUR SECOND FLOOR ONLY.

ATTIRE: A Parkette leotard is the preferred attire for girls; Parkette shorts and t-shirts for boys. These items can be purchased at the Chalk Box, the gymnastics store located in the lobby. For safety purposes, leotards with attached skirts are not permitted. Children should remove all jewelry and tie shoulder length hair back.

WARM-UP: This ten to fifteen minute period of activity begins each class. It helps students to develop flexibility and strength while safely preparing for gymnastics (sometimes serving as an emotional adjustment to class). Please make every effort to arrive on time.

MAKE-UP: One make-up class per semester is permitted for illness ONLY. Please call after the missed class to make these arrangements.

MEMBERSHIP FEE: This fee is due upon enrollment, and is effective through August 31. This fee is not included in the class fee. ($30.00 - per person, $20.00 each additional family member)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A service charge of $15.00 will be assessed for each RETURNED CHECK. A monthly FINANCE CHARGE of 1.5% will be added to the balance owed if payment is not received by: 1st Semester: Oct. 20, 2005 - 2nd Semester: Jan. 30, 2006 - 3rd Semester: Apr. 24, 2006.

Fees may be paid by MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, check or cash. Payments may be given at the office, dropped in the payment box located outside the office, or sent by mail. Make checks payable to PARKETTES and write the name of person attending class, day, time and phone number on each check.
