From Route 22: take the 7th St. exit toward Center City Allentown, follow 7th St. in to town staying to the right as you round the monument. Turn left on to Walnut St. (first street past monument), follow down to 4th Street, make a right hand turn on to 4th St., follow until stop sign, the gym is in front of you, turn left, a parking lot is directly across Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

From Route 309 North: take Route 145 exit to Center City, Allentown, (this is a bear off after crossing over I-78) this will become 4th St. continue to the 8th traffic light (intersection 3rd and Union) (the American Parkway Used Car Dealer on left diagonal corner), turn left at the traffic light, the gym is one and half blocks in on your right. Parking is located across from gym.

From 78 East: Exit 54, Hamilton Blvd. (follow signs for Dorney Park). Continue on Hamilton Blvd untill 24th Street. Turn right, Go to the first light. Turn Left onto Martin Luther King Drive. Follow approx. 2 miles, (watch for the Wachovia Bank sign on the left) Gym is just around the bend on the left. Parking is located just ahead on the right hand side of the street.

From 78 West: Cross into Pennsylvania, exit Allentown Business District/145 Norht (exit 60B), continue to the 8th light, (intersection 3rd and Union), turn left at the traffic light, the gym is half block on your right,  Parking is located across from gym.
