Auction Rules

1. A bid is a legal contract.
2. All sales are final.
3. All bids must be paid for this evening by cash, check, or major credit card. Checks should be made payable to "Parkettes".
4. In the event of any disputes among bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to determine the winning bidder.
5. The person bidding must be 21 years of age or older.
6. Certain auction items/packages may have restrictive use or other qualifications.
7. Silent auction bids must be in $1.00 increments or more (ie, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, etc.).
