Parkour and Freerunning Seminars are ages 11 and up
Parkour is a method of training that prepares the body to efficiently overcome physical obstacles and teaches the mind to defeat mental fear.
Freerunning is a variation that emphasizes artistic and aesthetic movement as a form of expression.
Instructed by Adam McClellan. Member of Urban Current, trained by Ozzi Quintero.

$15.00 per session or purchase a punch card for $60.00 for 6 weeks(12 weeks to use it)
Prior to participating in first class a signed release MUST be completed by parents and insurance information MUST be listed. These will be kept on file at the Parkettes Gym.
